We recommend booking at least 3 to 5 days in advance to guarantee your preferred date and time. However, we know the real estate market moves fast, so we always do our best to accommodate last-minute or urgent requests based on our current availability.
If heavy rain, high winds, or severe storms prevent us from shooting (especially for drone work), we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule for the next available clear day at no additional charge. For overcast days, we can still shoot interiors beautifully and can provide a blue-sky replacement for exterior photos to ensure your listing still looks stunning.
It is not required, provided we are given secure access instructions (such as a lockbox code or Supra access). However, we do ask that the property be completely shoot-ready by the time we arrive so we can focus entirely on capturing the best possible visuals.
It depends on the size of the home and the services requested. A standard photography-only shoot for an average-sized home usually takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. If you add video, drone work, or a 3D tour, please plan for us to be on-site for 2 to 3 hours.
To ensure we stay on schedule and deliver the highest quality to all of our clients, we shoot the property as-is upon arrival. We are unable to clean, move furniture, or declutter rooms. We highly recommend sending our pre-shoot prep checklist to your homeowners before our arrival to ensure the home looks its absolute best!
Once your media is ready and fully edited, you will receive an email link to a private, secure digital gallery. From there, you can easily download high-resolution versions (perfect for print marketing) as well as web-optimized versions (perfect for fast uploading to the MLS).
Per standard industry practice, Full Focus Real Estate Media retains the copyright to all media produced. However, upon payment, you (the agent/client) are granted a limited usage license to use the media for the marketing and promotion of that specific listing until it is sold or leased. The media cannot be sold, transferred, or given to a third party (such as another agent, a builder, or a stager) without our explicit permission.
Yes, absolutely. Safety and legality are incredibly important to us. We are fully licensed under the FAA (Part 107) for commercial drone operations so you can have peace of mind whenever we are operating on-site.
